......"What a challenge! My life is centered around my relationship with Jesus who came down to earth and died for the redemption of our souls and knowing He could not be with all of us during His time here he left us with the Catholic Church, His presence in the mass and the Eucharist to nourish us, the Sacraments to give us the grace to help us in our struggles with sin and temptation. The Bible to continue to guide us and our Priests and Bishops to Shepherd all of us. To know each day that I am loved by Jesus and guided and helped along each day by fellow faith filled friends and family is a wonderful life. The journey will always have ups and downs, sadness and happiness, but the constant love of Jesus will always be there for me and there is nothing that can compare." David B.
.....During the past year, I have been through a very stressful business situation and the culmination of a spouse's addiction problem. I considered myself strong and my faith strong, but I was still trying to make everything be my will, not His Will. I was introduced to a MUC Leader and my relationship with him has been very important in changing my thinking. I realize now that God has the plan and trusting Him and His Son has given me much more of a sense of peace and serenity. I attended the last MUC with my son and have begun daily prayers and meditation. God is good!!

This retreat brought me back to my faith around 12 or 13 years ago. I have gotten something out of this retreat each year since, and I feel it is well worth continuing to attend. Stan R.
